Welcome to Miss Joanna's Class
Hello, my name is Miss Joanna. I am 27 years old and happily married. I am a graduate of Cal State Long Beach and my goal is to go back to school to get my masters degree in Child Development.
I love to learn and I love to teach!! I am a proud teacher of the 4 year old class, for the past 3 years. I have been working with the preschool staff for 6 years.
Preschool age is such a fun age to work with. Preschoolers have such a passion to learn!! In my class we learn through dance, singing, science, stories and writing. I use my many different methods to target all types of learners. I try to make learning fun. My goal is to have my students feel ready for their next big step of life, KINDERGARTEN!!!!

Welcome to Miss Sonia's Class
I've been teaching the Pre-K class for nine wonderful years!
Through God's help and guidance, my objective is to enrich your child's mind with the necessary fundamentals that will prepare him/her to have a successful year in kindergarten. Our goal is to have fun, dance, sing, learn letter & number recognition and phonics. We will learn how to write our names, and most importantly knowing God's love. I pray that God continues to give me the wisdom & the ability to guide your children through this next year!

Welcome to Miss Josie's Class
"God is glad and we are glad that we are here today". As we greet each other with our song and listen to the children sing to their friends while they play, I can't help but feel so blessed with my 3 year old friends this year!!
Hi! I am Miss Josie Nguyen, and yes, praise the Lord every day is a glorious day :o) My class can't wait to get started. They sit at the table ready for their daily lessons and projects. It may be cutting, tracing, painting... Anthony would ask for his turn to try; Jayden works hard at every stroke with her pencil; Brianna would say "I know how to do that now" and she finishes her paper before she plays.
Everyone amazes me with how they display patience as they learn things and are not afraid to tackle new tasks. They are willing to go over and over new letters and numbers with me. Our Bible stories come alive with songs and movements. Some friends can even recall exciting parts of the stories...
Oh we are glad that we are here every day, how about you?? If you are 2, 3, 4 or 5, there is always room for you so come on in and join our day!!!!! ;o)

Welcome to Miss Tara's Class
My name is Tara Braun and I have been working with children for 17 years!! The past ten years I have been teaching at Liberty Christian Preschool. I have been married for 12 amazing years and have 5 children. I have 3 boys that are 8, 11 and 20, and 2 girls who are 22 and 23. My youngest boys have been at Liberty since they were 2, and I have been so blessed to be on campus with them.
This is my first year teaching the 2 year old class, I have taught Pre-K the last 9 years. So far it has been a blast, they are full of energy and spunk!!!! They are so cuddly and little love bugs :) There favorite things are snacktime and singing at circle time. I am so excited to see how much they grow in all areas over the next year!! Welcome to Miss Christine's Class
Hello, my name is Christine Saldana and I have been working with children for nine years. Four of those years at Liberty Christian Preschool. I love working with kids of all ages, whether it be 5th graders or the preschools. I feel extremely blessed to be working side by side with Miss Monica this year with our precious little ones, the two year olds!
Recently married this August, I am excited to see what new adventures God has in store for my new husband, Robert and I. We both love serving Him in different ways, which for me includes working at LCP. What a blessing to be able to teach God's truth along with the ABC's.
While I learned a lot during my education at Cal State Long Beach and Vanguard University, most of my knowledge has come through experience. As a teacher, my goal is to guide each child through discovering the world of learning. Together, my students and I accomplish this in different ways -- the usual painting, cutting, and gluing, along with tasting, feeling, smelling, seeing, and hearing. We sing, dance, write, color and play to develop all the necessary skills that preschoolers need to learn.

Miss Monica
My name is Monica Davis. I have been working with children for 9 years. Six years as a preschool teacher, four years of my preschool experience was done here at Liberty Christian Preschool. I am very familiar with the quality, values, and our great team of ladies. I am so excited to be back on a great team. I took a leave of absence to pursue a full time children’s ministry opportunity, which lead into teaching Kindergarten for 3 wonderful years.
I am newly married. My husband’s name is John Davis. He serves in the U.S. Army. We love serving in ministry together. Especially in children’s ministry where we can think of fun ways to enrich the lives of children for Christ.
Teaching and ministering in the lives of children is a true blessing. I love trying to create opportunities to enhance a child’s life in knowledge, in stature and in spirit. It is a great privilege to serve your child and come alongside you and your family.
